Many of our AP students and teachers are working hard this morning to make sure that they are prepared for their upcoming AP exams.

Congratulations to Addison Reich and Brooke Hardister on their appointment to serve as a House Page in the NC House of Representatives for a week in June. This NC House Page program offers young men and women the opportunity to learn about, and participate in, the legislative process of our state. It is a four day long experience that allows high school students that are currently in grades ten, eleven, or twelve to observe firsthand how our laws are made. 📣 Spread the word: the ABSS Job Fair is this Saturday, April 13th, at Highland Elementary! it will open at 9 AM and go until 12PM. We are excited to welcome anyone looking to start a new career in ABSS. Many positions are available. Schools will have tables set up and our talented staff is available to greet you and answer your questions. See you there!

Desi Brown, Jasmyn Lee, Sasha Garcia Algeria, Alondra Brito Pina, and Belinda Borja-Gabriel placed in the top 3 at the FCCLA State Convention last week. Jasmyn, Sasha, Alondra, and Belinda also advanced to the National FCCLA Competition. Congratulations to these students as well to our FCCLA advisors, Mrs. Russell, Mrs. Carter, and Mrs. Hays.
