Parent/Student Athlete HQ

Interested in participating in athletics at Southeast Alamance? Below are steps to get started as well as other important information:

  • If you are new to the area or our school, get enrolled. If you’re not sure which district you live in, you can check here.

  • Get an up to date NCHSAA physical from your doctor or a local clinic/urgent care. Physicals are good for 395 days. The physical consists of three parts, all of which must be present to be valid:

PHYSICAL

  • Upload your physical and complete ALL paperwork in Dragonfly (best viewed on a laptop/ipad). There will be a green circle (100% complete 2024/25) displayed when all paperwork is completed. If you already have a Dragonfly account from your previous school, you do not need to create a new one. You can find directions to add a school here.

  • Contact the head coach of your sport for more information, including an access code to our communication platform, Sportsyou.
