We have completed the 7 days of Spring Forward into iReady Challenge! We have passed 1,233 reading and 1,382 math lessons for a total of 2,615 lessons passed! Every sticker on the flower represents a lesson passed. Look at that progress!!! #LionCubsLeadTheWay🖤💛

Haw River Families: in order for students to receive bus transportation for the 1st day of the 2023-2024 school year, students must have their information updated in Power School by May 1. Please see the attached flyers to help guide you through this process.

House Excelsior was excited to share donations with the Burlington Animal Shelter. Students collected food, toys, blankets, treats, and leashes as part of our #FourHousesOneHeart service learning projects. Students learned about the impact they have made on our furry friends!🖤💛

There is a new leader at HRE this week! House Intellectus has taken the lead sending Excelsior to 2nd place after their month long lead. What put them over the top? Attendance Points! Being at school on time, all day, and every day had paid off! #LionCubsLeadTheWay🖤💛

WOW! We had a great time last week with College and Career Awareness Week! Students were able to learn about various career paths and what it takes to succeed in those careers. We would like to give a special shout-out to Mrs. Tricomi, Sgt. Ellis, and everyone who helped make our Career Day a success.
