Student Council and Operation Do Something collected supplies for the homeless population during March. Student Council collected individual-sized toiletries and other items to make Blessing Bags for the homeless that were delivered to Allied Churches and local agencies to hand out. Operation Do Something collected full-sized toiletries and other items (such as plastic cutlery, spices, and kitchen utensils) for the families living at Allied Churches. We are proud of our students and the difference that they are making in the community.

J McDowell and M Moser have been selected for pre-apprenticeships with GKN and Fairystone Fabrics, respectively! They will work with the companies this summer and attend courses at ACC. Full apprenticeships will be selected later in the summer for the 23-24 school year!

Today is π (Pi) Day and the Williams Mathematics Honor Society (Mu Alpha Theta) hosted a Pi-K (3.14 kilometers) to willing participants. There was a slice of pie, cake, or cookie waiting for everyone at the end. 🥧 The winners took home a whole pie! #StudentCenteredFutureFocused

Congratulations to our partipants who went to the NC CDC State DECA Conference! The students worked hard to prepare for their competitions and 2 of our members received DECA Proficiency pins for there job well done on their exam and role play events. Our DECA participants were Lauren Turner, DeAsia McAfee, and Sandra Orozco-Roslado. This was our 1st year back at Williams High School and we look forward to making positive growth in the future. #CTEABSSMONTH

KEYCLUB would like to Thank everyone for donating to our Annual Blood drive . Teachers, Students and Key Club Volunteers, as well as the One Blood Organization all contributed to our successful Williams HS Blood Drive. A total of 52 units were collected! Way to go Bold Bulldogs!

AP Psychology students made their sock babies today for their Development Unit. Students will be keeping up with their babies and creating a baby book of their development milestones while learning about cognitive, social, and emotional development.
