Andrews Summer School will be held from July 25 through August 10, Monday through Thursday. Summer School will be held at Eastlawn, 502 N. Graham Hopedale. Hours for K-1 8:00 to 11:30. Hours for 2-3 8:00 to 3:00. Students may not be dropped off until 7:50.
Good evening, Andrews Parents. Please make sure you go onto the parent portal and fill out all forms, so you child will be registered for the 23/24 schhol year. If the forms are not filled out you child will not be scheduled for classes until the forms are completed.
First Baptist Church on Apple is providing FREE lunch during the summer for all ABSS students. Lunch will be served in the Annex Building of First Baptist Church on Apple, Monday-Friday from 12:00-1:30p.m. while students are out for summer break. You are able to pick up your lunch or eat in the Annex Building. The address to the church is 508 Apple Street, Burlington, NC 27217. They look forward to seeing you there!

For families with children of all ages. Alamance County Public Libraries in partnership with the Graham Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting “¡Encuentra tu Voz! Summer Reading Kick-Off Fiesta,” A Latinx cultural festival for families with children of all ages. Due to inclement weather this Friday, grades 3,4,5 Field Day will be moved to Thursday May 4th.
K1,2 will be tomorrow April 27th as scheduled.
3rd-5th grade students will take the NC Check-ins next week. The schedule is below. Please make sure students are on time and present on each day of testing. Students should get a good night's sleep, eat a good breakfast, and be prepared at school with things needed for success.

At Andrews we love to serve others! We will be having a Hygiene Drive starting April 24-May 5, to donate Men and Women Deodorant to Allied Churches of Alamance County! Please bring or send new and unused Deodorant with your child to school to donate. The classroom who collects the most amount of Deodorant will be rewarded with a Pizza Party!! Thank you in advance for helping our students become great service leaders!
