Andrews Elementary will be having a Canned Food Drive starting October 31-November 14 to collect canned food and non-perishable items for families in need during the Thanksgiving Holiday! Please bring or send canned and non perishable items with your child to school. The classroom who collects the most amount of food will be rewarded with a Pizza Party!! Thank you in advance for helping our students contribute to such a great need!
Good afternoon! Reminder that Village Project is tonight 5:30-7:15.
IMPORTANT! Please do not drop your child off before 5:30 and leave. The adults in there are for after school and are not there for Village Project students. Thank you! 😊
Students who ride bus 144 and 36 will be a double on bus 55 and 144 this morning. The bus will be late so please wait at the stop longer than usual.
Students who live in Apple St and normally ride bus 55 are on bus 12 today. They may be a little late.
Toys for Tots will be accepting applications for Christmas assistance until November 27, 2022. Applications for the 2022 Christmas season will be taken online. If you are interested in submitting an application, please visit the Toys for Tots website at www.toysfortots.org. If you have any questions feel free to contact SSgt. It's that time of year, again! Salvation Army is sponsoring the Angel Tree Christmas Program this year! If you need assistance for Christmas, please review the attached flyer. If you have any questions, contact the School Social Worker, Brittany Myers, or Salvation Army by using the contact information listed on the flyer.
Bus 5 is on bus 271. Students who live on Ross St, Christopher Ln, and in Misty Springs are on bus 55. 144 is running late and left campus around 2:58. Second load of bus 144 and 12 will be later than expected today. 10/3/22.
This week students at Andrews Elementary combined math and science with an Apple Lab! They’re testing how the mass of apples left whole, in half, and sliced in eighths changes throughout the week, and graphing the changes in mass each day. #StudentCenteredFutureFocused
