WEEK 2: LION CUB LEADERS ARE LEARNING AND LEADING!
Our Lion Cub Leaders put first things first and were right back into the habit of learning and leading at Haw River Elementary! Students were hard at work learning and practicing classroom routines, procedures, and leadership roles. One leadership role we saw students being successful with was leading as a "Classroom Greeter." A classroom greeter welcomes guests and stakeholders as they enter the classroom or campus. Ask your students which leadership roles they have practiced so far this year.
Moving into Week 2, we look forward to seeing our Lion Cub Leaders reflect on their learning and leadership, make connections to previous knowledge, and have a positive effect on their peers and classroom culture.
