Weeks 36 & 37: Lion Cub Leaders are doing Great Things!
We have been busy Lion Cub Leaders the last two weeks! Our Lion Cub Leaders have been putting first things first and synergizing to prepare for an opportunity to show what they know for End of Year assessments. We are so proud of our Lion Cub Leaders and know they are going to do their absolute best!
Last week was an inspiring week at Haw River Elementary. On Thursday, May 25th, the Governor of North Carolina, Roy Cooper, visited our school and saw all of the great things Haw River Elementary has to offer. He visited some classrooms, led by Student Lighthouse Leaders and spoke on the importance of supporting public education.
