Grove Park Elementary Red Ribbon Week Theme Days! Oct. 23 - 28, GPE students and staff will be Celebrating Life and pledging to live Drug Free!

Grove Park families, this is a reminder that today, October 17, is an early release day. Students will be dismissed to go home at 11:35 AM. Please make sure that you notify your student’s afternoon transportation if it is not you. Thank you.

Good Morning! We just received notification that we are short drivers this morning! Students on Bus 91- We are trying to find a driver. Please be patient and know that we are looking for an alternative. You are always welcome to bring your child instead of waiting.

This week we will have many drivers out. Today thru Wednesday Bus 273 will be ran on second route and so will bus 165. They will be a little later getting home. Thank you for your understanding. Please know there will be different drivers also.

Students that ride bus 165 and bus 273 are now loading. The bus should be leaving campus within the next five minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

October is Fire Prevention Month. Thanks to the area fire departments for taking the time to visit our schools and talk with students about fire prevention and safety. Students at Grove Park Elementary enjoyed the lessons today from Burlington FD. #ABSSCommunity

Today is Custodian Appreciation Day! Everyday, our ABSS custodian makes our school sparkle. We appreciate our hard-working custodian, Mr. Angel Leija! Whenever you see Mr. Leija, make sure to give him a high five and tell him "THANK YOU!"

Hey GPE Families! This is a reminder that tomorrow, 9/19, is an early release day for all students and we will dismiss at 11:30. Please be sure to be here at 11:30 to pick up your child if they are a car rider. If you need to change transportation for the way your child gets home, please send this in writing with them tomorrow morning. Thanks for your help with this to ensure this process runs smoothly. Hello Grove Park Families! The start of the school year is quickly approaching! We know that filling out the parent forms and accessing the parent portal is not the easiest thing to complete. We would like to do our best to help our families in this process. To do this, we thought it would be best if we come to you! We will be coming around to different apartment complexes tomorrow morning for an hour to help parents/guardians set up parent portals. We will have computers and internet access, All we need is YOU! Please see the list below for times and locations!
