2nd grade students got to learn more about Ghana and it's culture from one of our parents. Mr. Duodu spoke about the flag from Ghana and the meaning of its colors. He and his family also brought in many handmade items including instruments that he played. Students were given an opportunity to show their musical talents on the instruments as well. #HighlandHighlight

Today, Friday, February 3, Dr. Bill Allred will be at Highland to talk to students about the Burlington Boys Choir.
