Good morning GHS families. Here is the testing information for this week. Monday, June 5th students that have Biology, English 2, and Foods 1 will report to campus for their exams. We will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. Students that have Career Management and Interior Design can report to school at 11:30 for their afternoon exam. Tuesday, June 6th, students that have Math 1, Math 3, Principles of Family Human Services and Foods 2 will report to campus for their exams at 9:00 AM. Business Essentials, Accounting and Financial Planning students will report at 11:30 for their afternoon exam. Students should bring their laptop and charger with them. Once they have completed all of their exams, they will turn their device in. Thank you.

June 2nd was a proud moment for several of our 2023 Pre-Collegiate Academy students. Friday night, they walked across the stage at the 2023 ACC Commencement Ceremony to receive their college degrees. Next week, high school graduation!

The fieldhouse at Graham High School recently went through a makeover. Thank you Coach Houston for leading this project. We know our players, students and community are excited to see the revitalization of the GHS football program.

Good evening Graham High families. This is Principal Joshua Brown with your updates for the week. Seniors, tomorrow graduation rehearsal will take place in the auxiliary gym at 2:05 PM. Parents, you are invited to join us Wednesday at 9:30 AM for the Senior Awards ceremony. This event will take place in the Graham Auditorium. On Thursday, students will take their 1st and 3rd period teacher made exams. Friday, students will take their 2nd and 4th period exams. If your student doesn't have a scheduled exam and elects to come to school, they will report to their teacher, then the auditorium. We hope everyone has a great evening. Remember that everyday is a great day to be a Red Devil.

Good Evening Grahan High School Family. This Is Summer Rogers, assistant principal with some important announcements for the week ahead. The GHS PTO General Meeting will be held in the media center on Tues. May 23rd at 5:30 pm. Election of new officers for the 23-24 school year will be held. All are welcome. Evening Academy continues to operate Monday through Thursday from 4:15 to 6:15 in the media center. Saturday Academy is offered from 9 am to noon on May 6, May 20th and June 3rd. Seniors who have not ordered a cap and gown need to see AP Lackey. As a reminder all fines owed to ABSS must be satisfied before seniors can be given their graduation tickets. Graduation practice for graduating seniors will be June 9th. Directly following graduation practice will be the GHS Senior Cookout.

Good Afternoon Graham Red Devils! This is a reminder that the GHS Underclassmen Semi-Formal will be held tonight at GHS in the Auxiliary gym. Only 9th and 10th grade students are allowed to attend. The Semi-Formal is from 8-11:00pm with an entry cost of $25.

Seniors, Graduation Walks are Wednesday, May 17th. The deadline to sign up is Friday, May 12th. Check your email from Ms. Lackey for more information and for the link to sign up. Also, stop by the office to get a permission slip. If you missed the Senior Parent Meeting, the presentation was emailed to your senior.

We will host a Senior Parent Meeting, this Tuesday, May 2nd at 6:00 in the auditorium. All End of Year activities will be discussed along with expectations and details needed for each event. Parents and seniors should attend this meeting. Following the meeting, Cap and Gown and other graduation items ordered will be distributed. All balances must be paid in full. If you have not purchased your cap and gown, orders will be taken after the parent meeting. The total cost is $90.00. We are excited to share that the CTE Senior Job Fair is scheduled at the Mebane Arts Center on Thursday, May 11th from 9am to noon. This event is targeted towards Seniors that do not have post-secondary plans finalized and Seniors planning to stay local for school and would be interested in a part-time job. Please encourage your Senior to attend. All businesses will have available job opportunities as this is a Job Fair, not a Career exposure event. Seniors should contact Mr. Clapp in Student Services for a permission slip. Evening Academy continues to operate Monday through Thursday from 4:15 to 6:15 in the media center. Saturday Academy is still offered from 9 am to noon. The remaining dates are May 6, May 20th and June 3rd. This week we will begin AP Testing. Testing will take place onsite in the Auditorium Lobby. Good morning GHS families. Here are your announcements for the week. Today GHS will be administering the ASVAB Testing in the Media Center. We will begin promptly at 9AM. Wednesday, GHS will host our City of Graham Job Fair. All students will participate in this event. On Friday, GHS will host our future Red Devils during the day. We are excited to have them on campus for the first time. Saturday is the big day juniors and seniors. The last day to purchase your ticket for the prom will be Thursday, April 27th. Remember if you have an outside guest accompanying you, they must have completed and submitted their documents by Thursday. Guest that do not have signed forms will be turned away at the door. We hope everyone has a great week and remember that everyday is a great day to be a Red Devil.

Students this is a time to make up assignments, work on credit recovery courses, receive more help with class assignments/projects. Saturday Academy is offered from 9am-12pm. Three Saturday dates are left for the Spring Semester May 6, May 20th and June 3rd.
