Good Afternoon Wildcat Families,
We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday break. All students should return to school on Monday. This week we have a full week of school. ABSS will operate on a 2-hour delay for staff and students on Monday, January 3rd.
Please keep the left lane open in the morning for morning care until 9:20. Double lanes will begin at 9:20 for all regular car rider traffic. As a reminder we will begin unloading car riders at 9:20. Please be sure your child is ready and prepared to unload in the morning. All students should be in class by 9:50.
It is critical that all students are on time and present for school. Remember if your child is out that you need to submit an absence note using the link on the school website to upload your note.
As a reminder please keep the left lane open in the afternoon for through traffic until 2:00. Double lanes begin at 2:00pm for all regular car rider traffic. If you need to change your child’s transportation information for the day, please be sure to complete the transportation change form on the school website prior to 2pm. If you are picking up your child prior to car rider dismissal please do so by 2pm. Remember early check outs are considered a tardy.
If you are picking up your child in the car rider line please make sure you have your car rider tag displayed. If you need a car rider tag please call the front office.
For parents and visitors coming to have lunch please remember that outside food and drinks are not permitted in the cafeteria.
We currently have $733 in lunch debt from unpaid school lunches. Please be sure to go online and pay your child’s lunch balance online at https://www.k12paymentcenter.com/
We encourage all families to complete the free and reduced lunch application. Even if your child qualified in the past, you must complete the form each school year. You can complete the free and reduced lunch application online at https://www.lunchapplication.com/
