Wildcat Weekly Update-Week of December 10th

Congratulations to all of our district science fair participants!  Jackson Garrison earned honorable mention, Maggie Tyree earned second place and Gunner Martin earned first place.  We are so very proud of all of our students and their hard work.

We are now into the second half of the second nine weeks.  Progress reports came home on Friday. We encourage all parents to make sure you are reviewing your child’s progress. Attendance at school is very important. Please make sure you are doing your best to make sure your child is on time and in attendance for school.

Please help us expedite car rider dismissal by displaying your car tag during car rider dismissal.  Cars that do not have their car rider tag displayed will be asked to pull to the holding area to wait until the information can be verified.  If you need a new car tag please let your child's teacher know.

Please be sure to monitor your child’s lunch balance and pay off any outstanding balances. If you are having difficulty paying your child’s lunch balance please be sure to fill out the free and reduced lunch form at https://www.lunchapplication.com/  to see if your child qualifies for a reduced amount.

This week students will have the opportunity to visit and purchase items from the PTO Santa Shop.  Please check with your child’s teacher to find out which day your child will be shopping.

Looking ahead to next week:

The week of December 18th, students will attend school Monday through Wednesday.  Please remember that December 20th is now a student day.

The winter break runs from December 21st-January 1st.

Students return from winter break on January 2nd.  January 2nd is now a student day.

These are all of our updates and reminders for this week.  We thank you for your continued support and have a good night.
