Congratulations to our science fair participants that participated in the school science fair. We had Chloe Williams, Charlotte Williams and Van Bahrs with honorable mentions, Maggie Tyree in third place, Jackson Garrison in second place and Gunner Martin in first place. We are very proud of all of our participants.
Gunner, Jackson and Maggie will be advancing to the district science fair this week.
We are now into the second nine weeks of the school year and are nearing the midpoint of the second nine weeks on December 8th. Please make sure you are doing your best to make sure your child is on time and in attendance for school.
Please help us expedite car rider dismissal by displaying your car tag during car rider dismissal. Cars that do not have their tag displayed will be asked to pull to the holding area to wait until the information can be verified. If you need a new car tag please let your child's teacher know.
This week our third through fifth grade students have check- in testing.
On Monday, December 4th we have reading check-in testing.
On Tuesday, December 5th we have math check-in testing.
Also the PTO will be handing out ornaments in the car rider line on Tuesday afternoon to those that purchased them during tile night.
On Wednesday, December 6th our fifth grade students have science check-in testing. Wednesday is also the district science fair. Third grade students will go on their field trip to the Paramount Theater on Wednesday.
Progress reports come home on Friday, December 8th.
Please be sure to monitor your child’s lunch balance and pay any outstanding balances. If you are having difficulty paying your child’s lunch balance please be sure to fill out the free and reduced lunch form at https://www.lunchapplication.com/ to see if your child qualifies for a reduced amount.
Looking ahead to the next few weeks:

Please remember that December 20th is now a student day.
