Good Evening Wildcat Families,
We are looking forward to seeing all of our E.M. Holt Wildcats tomorrow for the first day of school. Please remember that we are operating on a three hour delay. The morning program will open at 9:45 for students that are enrolled. Students not enrolled in the before school program may arrive after 10:20.
Our staff will begin unloading car riders at 10:20. Car riders should be ready with their bookbag in hand and ready to exit the car from the passenger side when you pull up to the cone. Please do not go around other cars that are unloading.
If you are planning to walk your child into school on the first day, 1st-5th grade should enter through the pit or front entrance area and kindergarten should enter at the front of the K-1 building.
In the afternoon, students will be dismissed at 2:35. Please be sure that you display your car rider tag and if you need a car rider tag, let our staff know.
Please complete the Back to School survey to let us know how your child is going home, and make sure your child’s teacher knows how your child is getting home on the first day of school. Kindergarten families, if you have not already completed the afternoon transportation survey please do so and make sure our staff knows how your child is going home on the first day.
Kindergarten bus riders must have a parent present for the driver to drop them off in the afternoon.
We will be hosting our Wildcat Open House event on Tuesday evening from 4-6pm for all grade levels. This is a great time for you to meet your child’s teacher, visit the classroom and even sign up to join our wonderful E.M. Holt PTO.
