Non EOC/CTE State classes will give exams January 17 and January 18. The exam should only be the length of the class period and we will run the schedule without Eagle Time on these days. It is up to you to implement the exam exemption policy, but please be consistent and let me know if you have any questions.
CTEC buses will run in the morning on normal time. They will return kids to our school by Noon. Afternoon CTEC kids who did not take their exam that morning due to exams at their home school should be on a bus that leaves your school no later than 12:30pm. Afternoon kids will return by 3:30 for dismissal at your school. Regular transportation will run normal in the morning and the afternoon. There will be no pick-up for afternoon exams, but a midday route will take students home who have completed their exams. Students who have an afternoon exam and no transportation will need to be housed in the Cafeteria (9th and 10th) and Auditorium (11th and 12th) until that afternoon exam begins.
Students who need to make-up work or finish Apex courses should be provided that opportunity and will work in the Media Center.
- There will be Math 1 and Math 3 review sessions on January 19th from 8:45-11. We highly encourage students taking these exams to attend these review sessions. Students attending these sessions will report to their Math teacher's classroom.
CTE Exams Day 1 (Jan 19): If there is a conflict with English 2 or Biology, you have been assigned to test on a different day. See your CTE teacher for the day and location.
CTE Exams: If you have two or more CTE classes and are scheduled to test on the same day, confirm with your CTE teacher for the day and location of each CTE exam.
