Señora Cortes is our Excellent Eagle Staff Member of the Week!
The nominator shared, " Señora Cortes did lots of rearranging and decorating in her classroom (beyond cleaning away the construction dust!) to make her students feel excited and welcome as they entered her classroom this year. She worked diligently to prepare her space and lessons, and she makes the effort to build relationships, too. She lends an ear when students or staff need some advice or someone to complain to, and she keeps a friendly and funny attitude no matter the day. She's a wonderful person to have in D building."  Thank you, Señora Cortes!
