EXAM NOTES:
Final Exams will count as 20% of the student’s final grade for the class.
Early Release During Exams – No Student will be allowed to be checked out during an exam period. Students will only be allowed to be checked out after 12:45 each exam day.
Make-up exams (Wednesday June 5th, Thursday, June 6th and Friday, June 7th) - Only students who need to make-up an exam due to an absence or by prior teacher approval are required to attend on this day.
Exam Exemptions
High school students may be exempt from a final exam that is not state required if the student meets the criteria below.
a grade of “A” and no more than five (5) absences during the semester
a grade of “B” and no more than four (4) absences during the semester
A grade of “C” and no more than three (3) absences during the semester
Transportation – AM Buses will run as normal and PM buses will run at approximately 12:45 on June 3rd, June 4th, and June 5th. PM buses will run as normal on Thursday and Friday.
Students should arrive on campus with their charged chromebook and be at their testing site by 8:45 on the days they are scheduled for an exam.
The CTEC Shuttle will run as scheduled each morning, mid-day, and afternoon for students to take their exams at CTEC.
Breakfast and Lunch will be served as normal each day during the exam week.
