This is Suzanne Simpson, principal of EAHS, with some important announcements.
We are excited to welcome you students back on Monday, September 11th. We will be operating on a 3 hour delay schedule in order to provide staff with time to complete their room set up. I have included the schedule below.
11:45 - 12:30 1st Period
12:35 - 2:10 2nd Period and Lunch

Lunch: 12:35 - 12:55 2nd Block: 1:00 - 2:05
2nd Lunch
2nd Block: 12:35 - 1:00 Lunch: 1:00 - 1:20 2nd Block: 1:30 - 2:10
3rd Lunch
2nd Block: 12:35 - 1:20 Lunch: 1:25 - 1:45 2nd Block: 1:50 - 2:10
4th Lunch

3:00- 3:45 4th Period
Students who are planning to drive and park on campus must have a parking pass. If you have purchased one and not picked it up yet, please do so on Monday. If you would like to purchase one, the link can be found on our school website.
Students who are planning to ride the bus to or from school can find their bus number as well as their pickup/drop off times in a message sent to their school email address. Please be 5-10 minutes early for your morning pick up. However, remember that Monday’s pick up time will be 3 hours later than listed.
Students should report to their first period on Monday. If you do not know who your first period teacher is, you can check PowerSchool. There will also be lists outside the media center, cafeteria, and auditorium. Students will receive a copy of their schedule during first period.
All CTEC students and students who are taking public safety classes or welding classes at Graham should report to the media center during their class time. You will be sent google meet links for class on Monday. You are expected to log in and have your camera on.
Students should not be dropped off before 8:10 each day. When students arrive, they should report to the cafeteria, gym or auditorium lobby. Students will be dismissed from these locations at 8:35. Students are not allowed to roam campus in the mornings and should not be in the hallways.
Take a look at this diagram below with our afternoon traffic pattern. Student drivers will have to turn left onto Mebane Rogers Rd between 3:45 and 3:55 each day.
If you have not picked up their chromebook yet, there will be a designated time to do so on Monday. There will be more information shared in first period.
Seniors, senior sunrise will take place on Monday morning from 6:00-7:15 at the football field. This is a great way for you to start your senior year with your friends and classmates.
Finally, make sure that you have the following items completed.
Completed/Updated all forms in PowerSchool
Update/Request transportation in PowerSchool
Complete the free/reduced lunch form here. Even if you don’t eat school lunch, completing this form may help you get waivers for college applications and ACT/SAT testing.
