I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! It is hard to believe there are only 9 school days before exams begin. This is the time to remain focused on closing out the school year with a strong work ethic and commitment to academics.
Congratulations to our Track and Field athletes who placed in their events at the State Championship Track Meet on Friday! Also, congratulations to our Women’s Soccer Team who will continue their conference play tomorrow night at Home against Carrboro.
The Dance classes gave an outstanding performance this afternoon; thank you to all who made this possible. You also have an opportunity to catch our Chorus (5/23) and Band (5/25) performances this week!
Thursday, 5/25, will be our Senior Cap and Gown pictures for the Class of 2023. Please review the time schedule via this link. Additionally, please review this presentation for more Senior Information including information about Graduation.
As exams approach, please review our Exam Schedule with your student. It is very important students are present for their exams and come prepared with a fully charged Chromebook.
There are still Evening Academy and Saturday School opportunities for our students. Evening Academy is Tuesday-Thursday from 4:15 pm-6:15 pm; please contact Ms. Faith Thomas-Lewis for more information at faith_thomaslewis@abss.k12.nc.us.
