On Friday May 5th, we celebrate School Lunch Hero Day to recognize the hard working professionals in school cafeterias. Not only do these heroes prepare meals, they also adhere to strict nutrition standards, work to negate food allergy issues, and perform under exacting health/cleanliness codes all while offering service with a smile every school day.
