Congratulations to two of our Eastern Alamance Band Students, Dominic Lingg and Tyson Sessoms. Both students earned placements in the North Carolina All-State Bands - Dominic on Vibraphone in the NCMEA All-State Jazz Band, and Tyson on Trumpet in the NC Bandmasters Senior High School All-State Band. These top tier placements are the result of hours of diligent practice and rehearsal, as well as qualifying to audition for these bands through success at the District and Regional level. Both performances were absolutely wonderful, taking place on the campuses of North Carolina Central University and UNC-Greensboro. Congratulations Dominic and Tyson! Also, thank you, Mr. Crotts for your dedication to music and to your students! Your mentorship shines through these young musicians!
