WOODLAWN EAGLE ATHLETICS

IN ORDER TO TRYOUT AND PARTICIPATE IN ANY WOODLAWN SPORT YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ON FILE AND UPLOADED TO DRAGONFLY. 

Steps to ensure Dragonfly Completion:

1) Download the Dragonfly App on your device and follow the "Parent Instructions" form linked below.

2) Once you have your Sports Physical Examination Form completed by the doctor, be sure to upload it to your students dragonfly profile.

3) In order for your student to fully participate in any sports, each step of your students' Dragonfly profile will need to be 100% complete.
