Student Rules and Expectations:
Drop-off will be at the front of the building (by the main entrance) Parents must sign students in at the dance and provide working cell phone numbers.
Pick-up will be at the side of the building (in the car rider line) Parents must be prepared to pick up students on time. If someone other than the parent is picking up a student; the parent needs to inform staff during drop off with that person's name and cell number. If the parent is not available to drop off or pick up the student, we are asking the parent to send a written notification with the student or contact the front office.
Appropriate dancing is an understood expectation. No inappropriate touching/vulgar language or dancing
No running and chasing! If you are not dancing, then you are sitting on the bleachers. Watching and Socializing.
Phones should not be visible! No taking pictures or recording.
No food or drink in the gym
The school dance is only for students that attend PGE. No parents or siblings (non-PGE students) will be allowed to stay at the dance.
Dress code. Students must adhere to the dress code policy as stated in the PGE parent/student handbook. Highlights:
* No heels. Only tennis shoes or soft-sole shoes
*Shirts and blouses must cover the stomach
* Skirts, dresses, and shorts will need to be a reasonable length
Behavior violations will result in a possible consequence from the school administrator and/or the student being sent home early from the dance and the student will not be allowed to attend any dance in the same school year.

Reglas y expectativas de los estudiantes:
La entrega será en el frente del edificio (por la entrada principal). Los padres deben registrar a los estudiantes en el baile y proporcionar números de teléfonos celulares que funcionen.
La recogida se realizará al costado del edificio (en la línea de pasajeros en automóvil). Los padres deben estar preparados para recoger a los estudiantes a tiempo. Si alguien que no sea el padre está recogiendo a un estudiante; el padre debe informar al personal durante la entrega con el nombre y el número de celular de esa persona. Si el padre no está disponible para dejar o recoger al estudiante, le pedimos que envíe una notificación por escrito con el estudiante o que se comunique con la oficina principal.
El baile apropiado es una expectativa entendida. No toques inapropiados/lenguaje vulgar o baile
sin correr ni perseguir! Si no estás bailando, estás sentado en las gradas Puedes observar y socializar.
¡Los teléfonos no deben ser visibles! No hacer fotos ni grabar.
No comer ni beber en el gimnasio.
El baile escolar es solo para estudiantes que asisten a PGE. No se permitirá que los padres o hermanos (estudiantes que no sean de PGE) se queden en el baile.
Código de vestimenta. Los estudiantes deben cumplir con la política del código de vestimenta como se indica en el manual de padres/estudiantes de PGE. Reglas:
* Sin tacones. Solo tenis o zapatos de suela blanda.
*Camisas y blusas deben cubrir el estómago
* Las faldas, los vestidos y los pantalones cortos deberán tener un largo razonable
Las violaciones de comportamiento resultarán en una posible consecuencia de que el administrador de la escuela y/o el estudiante sean enviados a casa antes del baile y el estudiante no podrá asistir a ningún baile en el mismo año escolar.
