Student Council helps develop a positive school climate by involving all students in making Highland the best it can be. Student Council strives for good citizenship, respects all individuals in the school and community, and gives students experience in a leadership role. Student Council helps other citizens in our community through service and makes recommendations to improve the morale and spirit of Highland Elementary School. Permission slips for all positions are due this Friday, October 28. Officer Elections will be November 18. Class Representative elections will be held in each classroom on November 21st.
