Today, our 2nd grade students attended a musical performance put on by our 3rd graders- Music and Me! 🎶🎵

Our 5th grade students had a blast during DARE Day in the Park. So many fun activities for our students to enjoy. Thanks to @BurlingtonNC_PD DARE officers and other @BurlingtonNC staff.

Monday afternoon's staff egg hunt was "eggxactly" the best way to start off the week. Highland staff enjoyed some ice cream and then collected their eggs which contained special prizes. #EggHunt #HatchingGoodTimes 🐣

Students have been learning about the complete life cycle of a butterfly 🦋. In addition to that, they also learned about the life cycle of the chicken. Students enjoyed being able to watch and hold the new baby chicks 🐣 🐥. #HighlandHighlight

Highland Student Council recently held a canned food drive. Highland students came through and brought in over 750 items! #kindness #givingback
