Greetings,

The Graham High TRIO Upward Bound Program is currently accepting 8th grade students to join our program and participate in our Summer Academy taking place June 17, 2024 - July 26, 2024.

The TRIO Upward Bound Programs (Person County & Graham High) provide academic support and college preparatory services to first-generation, limited-income, and underserved students at Person High School in Roxboro, NC, and Graham High School in Graham, NC.

We are currently recruiting students (GPA 3.0 or higher) who will be incoming freshmen at Graham High School this upcoming Fall to join our TRIO UB Summer Academy taking place June 17th - July 26th at North Carolina Central University.

During this time, students will have the chance to learn about the college-going process, gain exposure to the upcoming year curriculum, and participate in a residential component on-campus (July 7th - July 26th) at NCCU.

If you know of any student who would greatly benefit from this program, we encourage you to have them apply here.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or Mr. Ja'Quez Taylor, Assistant Director, at jtayl124@nccu.edu.

Thank you in advance for your time and support in sharing this information!

Best Regards,

DKM
