BEJ Updates Header October 20, 2023

Families,

Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate the road closure in front of the school.  At this time, all of the pipe under the road and drive has been replaced and the large trench filled.  The Department of Transportation has been wonderful to work with as they have prioritized this project.  They do still need to pave the road, which they hope to have completed by Wednesday.  We will continue to use the back of the school for morning drop off and afternoon pick up until the road is re-opened.

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to all of our 4th grade students who were invited to a surprise dance party this afternoon.  This group of students celebrated having the highest attendance rate for the first six weeks of school.  Great job students and families!  We will continue to look for opportunities to celebrate good attendance and other accomplishments throughout the year.

On Tuesday, October 31, we invite all of our students to dress up as their favorite book character.  All costumes should be appropriate for school, with no masks for face coverings.  Students should bring a book that shows their character with them that day.  We can't wait to see all of the creative characters we have at BEJ.
