Thank you to our families, PTO, local churches, and community members for helping celebrate BEJ staff during Staff Appreciation Week. We loved all of the treats, flowers, and kind words. We are so fortunate to be able to partner with you each day to help care for and educate your children. It truly is a pleasure to serve this amazing community.
We had a great time meeting some new Tiger Cubs this week at Kindergarten Orientation. We can't wait to see them again in August! We are still registering prospective kindergarten students. Any child who will be five years old on or before August 31, 2023 is eligible to attend kindergarten. If you have or know a child who will be five years old on or before August 31, 2023, you may register for kindergarten using the online registration that can be found on our BEJ website.
Families, if you are picking up your child from school in the afternoon, please use the car rider circle. You will need your child/family car rider tag. Having these tags and numbers speeds up our dismissal process.
Congratulations to our new PTO Officers: President - Candice Garner; Vice President - Karen Perry; Secretary - Amanda O'Neill; Treasurer - Courtney Thrift. PTO meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the media center. Our next PTO meeting will be Tuesday, June 6.
