Ever wonder where every Honda ATV in North America gets its start? Our students found out today! ⚡ Students from Eastern, Cummings, Southeast, and Graham high schools got an insider's view of innovation during their tour of Honda's North Carolina Manufacturing facility in Haw River, the sole producer of Honda ATVs in the United States! 🇺🇸 Our students witnessed firsthand the fascinating journey from raw materials to finished product, learning about the plant's rich manufacturing history, current production processes, quality assurance and control measures, and career opportunities in modern manufacturing. Due to strict security protocols protecting Honda's proprietary manufacturing processes, cameras weren't permitted inside the facility. However, we were able to capture this moment outside with an impressive Acura NSX and one of their production line ATVs! 🏎️ A huge thank you to Honda for opening their doors and sharing their expertise with our next generation of makers and innovators and to our dedicated CTE teachers for organizing this valuable learning experience. 🙏
