Three high school dance teams from the Alamance-Burlington School System attended the National Dance Alliance (NDA) Camp at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from July 10-13, 2023. The dance teams from Eastern Alamance High School, Western Alamance High School, and Williams High School spent the week honing their skills and competing against top dancers from across the country.
Throughout the week the teams and coaches worked through a carefully designed curriculum to improve dance technique, character development, and leadership skills.
The Alamance-Burlington dance teams showcased great sportsmanship to each other and fellow North Carolina teams. They achieved outstanding results, winning awards for their team routines as well as individual dancers.
