On November 15th ACC is hosting an event to talk about how to get started as an apprentice in any area (not just CAP). This includes plumbing, HVAC, construction, welding, you name it! Juniors & Seniors looking to get a jump on a high wage career - we have a great starting point! ABSS CTE has partnered with ACC to offer Machining 3rd and 4th block again in the Spring of 2023. Transportation and all supplies will be provided to students. If you have good attendance and are ready to get started training a career that's in high demand grab an application from outside Ms. Farmer's office (room 103). Once it is completed return it to her and she will take care of the rest of the signatures and the scheduling process.

On November 29th ABSS CTE will be partnering with Duke University School of Nursing to provide an opportunity for our male students to find out first hand from male nursing students what it is like to be a male in the profession. They will also do sessions on CPR, PPE, First Aid, Patient Breath and much more. Space is extremely limited so get your permission slips from outside room 103.
